I have not figured out how to get it anymore, (besides ways i will never use).
But if anyone figures out how to get it at this point through g4wl ingame some way let me know i would love to use it. In the readme for that stuff it says the free dlc would still work with it but that is no longer available at this point. On top of being able to modify files of tons of games, one of the most interesting uses of Modio is that it will allow you to access an online database of games that are played all throughout the world, from which you will be able to download all the saved games that you want.
